    SEMINAR ASSISTANCE AND STUDENT PUBLICATION FEE DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS 2025

    Dear S1/S2/S3 Student, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, UGM

    Respectfully, in order to support scientific publications and academic mobilization of students, the Department of Mathematics of FMIPA UGM opens  Conference and Publication Fees Fund Assistance  for active students at the S1, S2, and S3 levels  who will:

    1. Publish scientific papers that have accepted status in national journals, international journals, reputable international journals indexed by Scopus, or proceedings of international seminars/conferences indexed by Scopus.
    2. Presenting articles in national/international seminars.
    3. Participating in a student mobility program approved by the Study Program.

    This assistance can be applied for  a maximum of twice in one budget year, with the amount of assistance that has been determined based on the level of study. In addition, this assistance can also cover transportation costs if the activity is part of a collaboration with partners of the Department of Mathematics and approved by the Study Program as a student mobilization program. The provisions and procedures for applying for assistance can be seen in the attachment to this announcement. read more
